We have a no refund, return, or exchange policy. However, we do offer store credit if ever unsatisfied.


Our customers are never unsatisfied, so to be eligible for store credit, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase and proof of unsatisfactory. To provide proof, I need an detailed explanation of why along with pictures and/or videos. 

To start a store credit complaint, you can contact us at sydneyrhuey@yahoo.com. The complaint MUST be reviewed before acceptance and acceptance is not guaranteed. If your complaint is accepted, you will be notified with further instructions.

Items that are discounted or on on promotion are not eligible for store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediate if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
